Elevate Circles isn't one-size-fits-all. Each circle is guided by a mentor and built around a theme, giving you the opportunity to be met where you actually are, without judgment or fear, and to go where you actually want to grow.

Whether you want to rethink your sales approach, sharpen your structure, reconnect with your Energy, or explore video, storytelling, or how to build business relationships, there's a circle designed for you.

The program was co-created by Veronica Guguian and Lisa Dempsey. Veronica also leads one of the circles, while Lisa supports the mentors throughout the program. As lead mentor, Lisa works behind the scenes to help create a consistent and thoughtful experience across all circles.


How it works

  • 3 to 6 founders per circle
  • 6 online sessions between September and December 2025
  • Optional in-person gatherings for deeper community
  • 100% confidential, facilitated by experienced mentors
  • Choose the theme that's most relevant to your business journey

A financial investment ensures your commitment, deepens group engagement and reflects the value of expert facilitation and peer learning.

Each group is guided by a mentor who keeps conversations meaningful, focused and productive.
You'll meet regularly—6 sessions over 4 months—with access to resources and optional community events along the way.
